Kuch drew the 13 color illustrations, full page title page and frontispiece in black & white, bit & printed the copperplates and composed the poetry. Art Larson printed the text letterpress in sixteen point van Dijck which was cast by M & M Type. The paper was made by hand for the book at Papeterie St-Armand in Montreal. Bound by Shoshannah Wineburg.
