  • Acqnet - ACQNET aims to provide a medium for acquisitions librarians and others interested in acquisitions to exchange information and ideas, and find solutions to common problems.
  • Acqusitions Auto. - This list is intended to provide a forum for discussion of ideas and issues related to automation of library acquisitions and related processes. We are especially interested in discussions that will encourage a standards-based approach to automated support of library acquisitions.
  • AmArt-L - AmArt is devoted to scholarly and intellectual discussions of topics of specific interest to historians and scholars of American Art. AmArt treats American art, artifacts, architecture and related topics from the colonil period to the present.
  • Antiqbook - Antiqbook unites over 400 independent booksellers and 4 million books to order direct from their vendors. Strong points in the database include European booksellers, many of whom are specialist antiquarian booksellers.
  • Antiquarian - This list exists as a means to discuss out of print and collectible books with collectors, sellers, and writers. Also a place to buy, sell, and trade books, paper, and other ephemera.
  • Archives and Archivists - Archives and Archivists was begun in as an open forum for all topics relating to archives and the archival profession. In 1998, the Society of American Archivists assumed sponsorship of the list as a service to the profession, to foster communication among the larger community of professional archivists. The list provides a venue for the discussion of all aspects of the theory and practice of the archival profession.
  • ARLIS - Art Libraries Society of North America provides resources and services for the worldwide arts community through conferences, publications, awards, listserv and web site. Producers, purveyors, and users of all forms of art information join in the collaboration.
  • Aus-Archivists - This list is for the discussion, publication and promotion of professional issues and practice for the archival profession in Australia. Interested groups and individuals are welcome to participate in this list, especially members of professional bodies representing the views of archivists or any special interest groups working in this field. The aim of the list is to be supportive, informative, creative, and tolerant.

  • Bibliophile - Provides information for sellers and/or collectors of rare, out-of-print, and scarce books in all subject areas. The list also addresses the issues of binding, identification of first editions, the fine art of book pricing, book description, etc.
  • Book Arts - This club is for discussion of book-making and paper-type arts. Bookbinding, papermaking, marbling, altered books, and other topics related to book crafts will be discussed here. We also have swaps and exchanges to share our art with one another.
  • Book Repair - Book Repair is a forum where professional bookbinders, booksellers, book collectors, printers, publishers and others can share insights into the problems, solutions and techniques of book repair. This forum intends to bring together the bookseller, the bookbinder, the book restorer, and the printer and publisher who spec the bindings, paper and other aspects of the actual book before printing.

  • DardHunter - The Friends of Dard Hunter, Inc., is an international organization with a diverse membership whose interests center around handmade paper and related arts and crafts. Please feel free to share information and questions important to you and the Friends here.
  • Drachsc - The function of this list is to be a forum for advice, tips and general communication for all those who are interested in the fair arts of Calligraphy and Illumination and other subjects that are related, like the making of parchment or bookbinding. The list is primarily for those who are located in the SCA group of Drachenwald but we also welcome anyone else who might find this list of interest.

  • Exlibris Yahoo! - This is a list for discussing ex libris or bookplate suited for bookplate lovers and collectors. It can also deal with ex libris exchange.
  • Fine Press Books- The Fine Press Book Association is an organization of printers, book designers, binders, papermakers, publishers, collectors, librarians, and others, dedicated to promoting a wider understanding and appreciation for fine press books, the crafts of fine printing, and the history of the book. It was founded in 1996.
  • Gen-Books-L- A mailing list for anyone with an interest in the buying or selling of new or used genealogy books and CDs made from these books. For the purpose of this list, "genealogy books" refers to books having specific genealogical information relating to several generations of at least one family. This includes, but is not be limited to, family genealogies and county histories which contain family genealogies.

  • Limes - Limes is a conference for the used book trade in Scandinavia, with interest also in antiquarian books. Primarily, Scandinavian literature is the language of focus, but because of international membership, that language focus is becoming more of a loose suggestion.
