Text in German. Autobiography of Walter Hofmann (1879-1952), engraver and librarian. Former book from the reference library of H.P. Kraus, bookplate on front paste down endpaper. Edges of boards are lightly rubbed, with slight bump to corners, cloth is worn through in small places at head and heel of spine - larger amount of wear at heel. Top of text block is tanned with some foxing.
