Limited to an edition of 150 copies, of which this is number 123. Written, illustrated, and signed by Molly & Bert Eastman. This book is printed on paper from the Magnani mill at Pescia, Italy, supplied by John Purcell Paper. The hand binding has been completed by Christ Hicks of Oxford using a Curwen Press patterned paper that was designed by Elizabeth Freidlander in the late 1940s. This is the story of the treasures discovered while creating a kitchen garden, filled with beautiful illustrations and crisp black text. Most of the pictures are rendered in one color, but a few are two-tone prints. The opening lines of the book are the textbook definitions for the words garden and relict. A cheerful little volume, sure to be a gem in any fine press collection.
