An exceptionally wide range of faces are shown in this thick specimen book. Spine ends worn, covers lightly rubbed, shaken textblock, else a near fine copy. The whole of the material, both type and decoration, for printing this booklet was composed on the Linotype Composing Machine and printed direct from the slugs. Includes specimens of Granjon, Garamond, Estienne, Cheltenham, Plantin, Bodoni, and many others.
