Printed in an edition of 960 copies. This book, a souvenir volume comemorating the opening of the Lockwood Memorial Library of the University of Buffalo, was printed by Richard W. Ellis at the Georgian Press. There is an introduction and a catalogue of about 160 of the rare books from the collection of Thomas and Marion Lockwood, donors of the library. Illustrated with photographs and facsimile pages. Bound in leather and cloth of red, with gold medallion and accent lines. Deckle edges, many unopened pages. This copy has moisture damage on the binding and slipcase, but not effecting the interior text block.
