Limited to 150 numbered copies signed by Heyen, the illustrator John DePol and the printer Morris Gelfand. This copy bears the bookplate of John DePol on the front pastedown. Autobiography by this author accompanied by eight woodcuts by John DePol including two printed in blue ink. Loosely inserted is the prospectus and a handprinted errata slip issued by the printer which also contains a woodcut in blue ink by John DePol with is signed by Gelfand. Fine condition.
