From a review: "The bibliography is divided into six sections. In the first section the various collected editions of Swift's works are analysed in great detail. Sections 2 and 3 include bibliographies of A TALE OF THE TUB and GULLIVER'S TRAVELS. Both these are useful, as they summarize information which otherwise can only be found in very specialized works. The fourth section is called Separate Works and, from the student's point of view, it is by far the most important. In this section there is a large number of definitely false attributions, while there are others which are very doubtful. The fifth and sixth sections are devoted respectively to Doubtful Works and Biography and Criticism."From the private reference library of Dorothy Sloan with a commemorative bookplate loosely inserted.
