Book Club Edition. Self-appointed censor, Georgina Hampter, burns "dirty" books in the school library. One was by a local author, Lawrence Dilman, who is found murdered shortly after the book burning. A little digging by a local detective turns up an exotic murder weapon and a list of suspects that includes virtually everyone in Wingate, Connecticut. Hildegarde Dolson was Richard Lockridge's wife. Near fine in a very good dust jacket, which has some chipping around the head of the spine.
