A collection of essays commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of Newark, Delaware. Paul Bauernschidt served as project director with editorial assistance by L. Rebecca Johnson Melvin and Shaun D. Mullen. With full leather case binding, bound by Don Rash, with a 1758 British silver half shilling coin inset into the front cover, with circular cutout inside front cover framing the coin. Title stamped in silver and gray on spine and front board. Blind impresions of silhouettes of the citizen photographs stamped into spine and covers, aligning with similar images throughout the text. Top edge toned with acrylics, and black ribbon marker.
