Thirty-three photographs, mounted on cardboard, produced by the Autotype Carbon Process. Brief introductory comments included. No. 9900 of the collections of the British Museum, purchased by the Museum in 1836. The papyrus, containing the Book of the Dead, was discovered in Memphis, dated no later than the 18th dynasty (c. 1550-c. 1292 B.C.). Nebseni is believed to have been a priest and a scribe. Ex-library. Title page and introductory comments tanned and small tears at edges. Mounts for photographs tanned.
