    Limited to 75 numbered sets, of which 55 are for sale. This copy bears the following presentation from the publisher "Many, many thanks, Richard, for your very special contribution - Stuart. 24. April. 80." The two contributing Richard's were Richard Eberhart and Richard Wilbur. Loosely inserted in the portfolio are: four page folder entitled, "RPW by Ann Carter Pollard," which contains a woodcut portrait of Warren signed and numbered by Pollard; ten poetry broadsides by A.R. Ammons, Fred Chappell, James Dickey, Richard Eberhart, George P.
