First edition. A meteorological primer for the weather patterns of San Francisco, concentrating on its clouds and fog. One color tipped-in plate and nineteen greytone tipped-in plates illustrate key cloud and weather patterns. The attractive paper-covered boards are gilt-stamped on the front cover with a beautiful flower design and the title. Some age-darkening and wear at the edges. Dust jacket is sunned and suffers minor paper loss but is covered by a mylar protective cover to prevent more tears.
