Original cloth cover of this copy is moderately soiled and shows minor wear including a three-eighths-inch split along the joint between the front and spine. A plate attached to the front pastedown indicates that this copy came from the reference library and stock of H. P. Kraus. A tiny number label is attached to the upper fore-edge corner of the front free endpaper. Splits at the hinge are evident in three locations, but the leaves are still attached to the binding throughout. Otherwise the interior shows minor wear and soiling.
