Limited to 75 numbered sets, of which 55 are for sale. This copy bears the following presentation from the publisher "Many, many thanks, Richard, for your very special contribution - Stuart. 24. April. 80." The two contributing Richard's were Richard Eberhart and Richard Wilbur.
