Originally published with 400 pages and intended to add more plates from time to time. This copy has the first 400 pages still shrinkwrapped, plus pages 401-416 laid in along with fold-out preface, acknowledgements page, homage page and copyright page. All loosely enclosed in a stiff paper folding wrapper, with a preface describing and indexing the collection. Minor wear to outer wrapper.
