First edition, limited to 286 numbered copies (this copy is out of series). Loosely inserted in this copy is a photocopy of what appears to be the flyleaf of another copy of the book which contained a note by Murphy "This is a real rarity, since virtually the entire edition was "washed out" due to the inadequacy of the printer and the binder. Also, some of the art work would not have been approved for the final edition..." and "About 25 copies were bound and never distributed. I stopped it before any were really finished... Destroy if found."
