Theodore Arnold Haultain (1857-1941) was born in India, the son of a British colonial officer. He earned his degree at the University of Toronto in Canada. He published 36 books and a number of articles on a diversity of subjects during his lifetime. Printed decoration of the flag, in red, over the 18th hole on the final page of the text. Edges of boards tanned; edges of spine rubbed.
