PENNY WISE AND BOOK FOOLISH
by Starrett, Vincent
First edition, one of the 300 numbered and signed copies printed on rag paper (Honce 27). Ten excellent essays on book collecting by Starrett including his classic on book catalogues and one on Poe and his Tamerlane. Loosely inserted is a four page announcement of new books from The Argus Book Shop including this title. Chipped at head of spine. Slipcase worn along edges. Very unusual to find this book in such nice condition.
