Filled with important bibliographical information, discussions of early dust jackets, issue points in important books, the Wise controversy, etc. Many of the letters were written by John Carter. Included in this set is a T.L.s. from Carroll A. Wilson, the American book-collector, to David A. Randall dated April 8, 1936 including a "Note" that could be included. Accompanied by letterhead from the magazine printed with Muir as Editor and Randall as American editor (blank).
