Three chapters including English Bookbinding Up to the Time of Henry VIII, Documentary Evidence Concerning Berthelet and His Work, and the Bookbindings of Thomas Berthelet with Detailed Descriptions. Ex-library copy with mark on spine, spine label has pieces missing, bookplate stamped "withdrawn" and another bookplate from private collectors.
