THE MERCHANT EXPLORER, A COMMENTARY ON SELECTED RECENT AC...
A run of the first thirty-three issues of The Merchant Explorer, an occasional publication of the James Ford Bell Collection that includes articles about various topics of trade before 1800. The James Ford Bell Collection was intended "to establish an historical background and knowledge of this great economic force and the part it has played and still plays in the development of the present-day world." General topics and key words are typed in blue on the margins. Announcements for other James Ford Bell Publications and an invitation for membership are loosely laid-in to various issues. Spines faded. Slight shelf wear.
