LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, PASSED AT AN ADJOURNED SES...
B1-2526. The Laws of Delaware covering the sessions of 1861 (January and November), 1863, 1864, and 1865, the Civil War Years, The volume printed in 1862 also includes laws passed at the beginning of the year in 1862 although this is not mentioned on the title page. The 1864 Laws was printed by Henry Eckel of Wilmington. Note gap in pages between 496 and 522 which probably indicates that a special session was held late in the year in 1864 which is not present. With the bookplate of the Social Law Library, Boston. Leather spine labels scuffed.
