Illustrated with woodblock cuts throughout. Printed and bound by Morris, using handmade "Bird & Bull" paper. One of the earliest Bird & Bull Press books. Presentation from Henry Morris on free endpaper "To C.S.T. with kindest regards, H.M." and with the original folded broadside prospectus loosely inserted.
