Volume one has an introduction by Esko Häkli and is an annotated catalogue of maps up to 1800. It covers atlases A-J. Volume two covers atlases K-Z. The third volume has a catalogue of books containing maps, a catalogue of maps as loose sheets and an addenda to the first two volumes. All three volumes have four color plates each. Volumes one and two show some fading to the spines, all three volumes have minor soiling to the covers. Volumes one and two have slight bumping to the head and tail of the spines.
