Text set in Monotype Walbaum at the Out of Sort Letter Foundery and printed on mould-made Magnani paper at the Shagbark Press in South Portland, Maine. The lithographs were printed on hand-made Japanese paper at Trestle Edtions with design by Benjamin Shiff and bound by Carol Joyce.
