B1-4704. First edition. Illustrated history of this resort area from its beginning history as part of Letitia Manor in William Penn's days. 21 illustrations. Presentation on free endpaper "Autographed for Claude P. Davidson by the author, C.A. Weslager" and with Davidson's bookplate below the signature. Jacket chipped with damaged spot on front cover. Front free endpaper and pastedown is heavily age darkened from what was probably a newspaper clippint.
