Binding lightly worn at edges with fading and lettering partially rubbed off. Endpapers lightly tanned at edges.

A note on the inside states that this specimen book was issued in Chicago, St. Paul, Omaha, St. Louis and Kansas City in the exact same format (except imprint). Errata slip mounted on front pastedown. Back endpaper has pieces missing. Slightly shaken. Better preserved copy than usually found.
