Letter from Maxfield Parrish to his son Dillwyn.
Parrish, Maxfield

Maxfield expressed his opinion that "a job is more easily obtained in a city not particularly teeming with new industries," offering the encouragement that "Something is bound to turn up in time." Maxfield Parrish expressed his pleasure that his son had "a haven like the Sargents' at Greenwich." Commented on events in Windsor and activities of friends and acquaintances. Signed "Dad."
