Designed and produced by Edizioni il Polifilo, hand set in Caslon type and printed in Italy by Luigi Maestri. Collotype plates by Annibale Belli. Introductory essay by Mario Praz. 28 plates of Roman scenes with descriptive comments about each by Livio Jannattoni. Note on the life and works of G.B. Piranesi, table of contents, bibliography.
