First editions. Printed by the Merrymount Press for the library. This set covers the earliest printed books to 1674. Additional volume were printed which cover later books. Unusual to find in the original printings which are, in themselves, beautiful examples of bookmaking. Ex library with bookplate on front pastedown and library name perforated on the title page. Worn at spine ends with small pieces missing. Front hinge partially cracked in volume one.
