No. three has Todd's initials in the corner of the cover, a loosely inserted photocopy of a review of this title written by Todd and has pencil notes throughout. THE HISTORY OF THE COUNTY OF WORCESTER, IN THE COMMONWEAL... by Whitney, Peter First edition. One of the earliest of these county histories. Printed and published by the famous Worcester printer, Isaiah Thomas. The map reads "by Charles Baker Esq & Capt. John Peirce of said County." It was engraved by J. H. Seymour. Recased. Title page has paper repairs along hinge and some spotting. Dedication page (to John Adams) also has two spots. Map in back has been laid down on linen and been repaired.
