Preface, "advertisement" to the reader, dedication. Frontispiece illustration of the author. Boards rubbed and scuffed at edges and along spine, light foxing on endpapers and through text. Loosely inserted is an invoice from Walpole Galleries addressed to Mr. R. Dague of New York and an ownership inscription in ink dated 1922 on first blank page.by Roswell Dague.
