by Wessén, Elias
First edition. Stora Kopparbergs Bergslags Aktiebolag published this work in 1947 to commemorate the 600 year anniversary since King Magnus Eriksson issued the oldest preserved charter for Kopparberget, which began as a copper mine. Text in Swedish and English. Color and black-and-white plates of some of the medieval charters, with commentary. Former library collection stamp on page 6. Loosely inserted is a small book (Wessén, Elias. Data concerning Stora Kopparbergs bergslags aktiebolag, 1946. Stockholm: Norstedt & Söner, 1947, 9+(1) pages, stiff paper wrappers, former collection stamp on page 2). Minor tears in dust jacket. Loosely inserted is a commemorative booklabel which indicates that this set came from the reference library of H.P. Kraus purchased by Oak Knoll Books at the auction sale.
